photoshoot @ FC

it's been months since i have gone to a shoot. not that i cut my hair but the last offer was kind of hard to ignore and the decision was big for me in the sense that it was financially tempting and i wasn't ready, with all honesty. so i gave it a time and paused for a while. now that i'm here i don't have to think about the decision of turning a relatively popular flip name but then again the camera found it's way back into my arms. LOL the shots taken were 2 themes within 2 hours; 21-23 photographers... i will be updating this from time to time since i cannot afford to upload all together at one time. i'm only human, i need sleep. =) but thanks to these guys who did a great job. ^^

this is my uhhhm second life???!!! ^^

this odd morning  i got off too quickly and just as i was walking the street i saw my bus number! it was almost empty! so i looked to my right -- some cars but kinda far, then i ran to the middle. damn! the trailer truck took a turn, occupying more than the left lane. i was inches away from its front. my world paused and the passers by froze and all i could say was a very soft "mommy!" my heart stopped for 2 seconds. then the truck signaled me to cross quickly like i was a child playing in the street! i ran to my bus and sitting there, still in shock, i didn't notice that i was still embracing my heavy notebook! so i guess.. not my time yet?! and please, i don't want to die ugly and crushed like that! i want to die pretty man! lol thank you, Lord!

buhay IT

yeah, i know you'd notice that this is the first entry in this blog to be Tagalog-titled (if there's such a word!) in most places in a workplace i mostly find friends in the IT section-- yeah the isolated corners outside operations. hey not that i get more access than the others! lol i just find their job sensible and what a challenge as i must say involving into all the firewall changes and stuff.

and yes, i'm an IT consultant and i'm in the ITSM group. i handle change requests and it's a tough one. i've got to bug network managers, project managers, requesters and task implementers regarding their change requests. i get to work on SG's government tools, too. i like doing my job though it is tough, i am enjoying the process. this way i am not so pressured into the number performance, metrics and all the stressful commitments i used to have with clients!

however, when we start accepting client requests, our world will be evolving triple of this current pace! moreover, dealing with all these isn't that hard at all. =) i can say that i'm motiated now in this new environment. just like i said, i feel alive!!! =)

buzzing off coz i've got to be @ the data center tomorrow. ^^
